I saw lots of pretty colours and like a teacup which is one of the funfair rides where it goes up and then spins around I felt like I released some trauma. Thank you so much. Before doing this meditation I felt a lot of that old story coming up and I felt really heavy and I asked myself why did is coming up now and my intuition answer to it was "well, guess it's time to clear that out" so you I did a little meditation on my own before doing this one to clear myself so I'd be ready for your meditation since I did not know what it would be about. Then I did your meditation and cleared all of that even more. It felt really really powerful. Once again your meditation felt perfectly divinely timed and guided.
