So this video couldn't have had more perfect timing to try it out for the first time! Thanks Tom for all you do! This world is a better place with you in it. Relaxing Male ASMR I would highly recommend them! I had never used a weighted blanket before. I think it’s definitely going to help. It helped me to fall asleep faster and toss and turn less. I found a good quality 20lb one for a reasonable price compared to others on Amazon. It felt like a hug that lasted all night. I’ll have to try watching a hug video with it.
