Do you think there might be some challenges with Bubba's placement due to him not covering side and rear tiles like Dolores and Constance? I could see his damage being nullified by placement trying to maximize getting heros in his covered tiles. Maybe not a big deal so much on GB1/2 though.

Got Xaris and Valkyrie. Guess I’ll have to struggle on without Silas. I can’t remember when I actually pulled the hero on the banner. They seem a bit pointless to me.
For those who don't have Silas they should of course pull, plus you have Theowin who you need for Salazhar fusion. As always it's always about your need in the end tho
Silas is so stupidly busted he literally breaks whole stages. The boss stage of 10-7 is trivialized by just dropping Silas and killing the boss before any adds even spawn. The default strategy is "Use Silas".
i pulled silas and edith, both pretty early on, just started using silas (needed someone to carry me through stage 18s in gear stages), he's AMAZING, but edith i've never used.. i don't even know if silas dupes are worth it, but valentines is coming (vierna, twyla etc.. i got hex and silas both off banners but got shafted on banners for the bonds) EDIT: Did a random 10 pull on the x2 banner, got vierna. it's a good day to be greedy
I'll probably spend a few dozen for Silas. I actually only have a few dozen to spare. But my Silas is A2, so it'd be great if I could get an A3 for his +15% DMG to a random ally Marks.man. I survived 1 1/2 years without a lot of meta-champs, so if I miss out on BB this time around by going after Silas A3, I'm ok with it.

There's nothing better than having "Fastidious" unlocked. At A5, you'll see his full potential. He starts oozing accurate and descriptive information. A 4S personality for sure. Silas comes 2nd. If you're not subbed to this channel, you'll be lost.

I have Dolores so it's pretty tempting to pull for Silas on this banner, skip bubba and save everything for Valentines day. 110 summons/13.2k diamonds currently. Awesome vid I think one of the great things about Bubba is his range. It gives us a great option when you can’t get hero’s in Dolores and Constance range especially in Apoc. There are line ups I would love to try but they’re always out of Constance and Dolores’s range. This gives us a great option to try different lineups.
I've got 150 summons, 10 away from pity. No Silas. No Vierna I'm skipping because I think from now on, I need a permanent 150 summon buffer in case of surprises now that leaks arent here. Only need GD10 and Apoc 120k to clear. Additionally there is no summon event so moonton doesnt want me to summon either.

Bubbas biggest problem for GB1 usage is his faction. You are never going to run a cultist lord for that content to boost him while Dolores is in Infernal where you will.
I am not summoning i have a0 silas i got him super early.. but im f2p i have 240 summons . The last few i summoned every event but got them early snd i summoned a few recently and am close to pitty... So im just waiting for a new event that draws me in.
My account is so messed up. Im at 7k summons and i just got silas 2 weeks ago. Still missing setram, and like 80% of the "good ones". I do have a Durza. At this point im saving for guaranteed and the guaranteed unowned.
He seems like a combination of Greed and Dolores. I was a little disappointed that he couldn't outperform Dolores even at A5. I will definitely pull for him, but I'm not super excited about him.

Just wanted to thank you again. The advice was great. Still have about 160 summons left but was able to pull 2 logo's. Now neither of them are game bending like Silas, but you saved me from blowing all those summons prior to a 200-guarantee event. Just wanted to give you a shout out cause it isn't easy getting good advice when you're new to a game and your content is solid across all levels of gameplay. Thanks again bro

You do have to take into consideration that Dolores falls into a much better faction to get the Lord boost for a lot of the more important areas of the game.

Artifact effects do not show on the base stats because they take effect after deployment. Same with the keen wisdom 16% attack boost and many other artifacts

Fasti, have you noticed the censor issues with chat? It makes even basic chat difficult. You can't say "What's". After the last patch, you can't even say "her" in USA. It blocks random, bizarre non-profanity regardless of spaces. Presumably, that's to prevent profanity "masking", such as "s h i t". Practically, "What's your favorite Constance gear? I use her in codex a lot. Vacation making my chat lag." would become "****** you* **vorite Constance gear? I use *** *n codex a lot. ****tion makin* *y chat lag." It's ridiculously intrusive. Blocking terms that politically go against China is understandable, but there's all sorts of regular mundane words and common letter combos blocked. "Heri", "her", "vaca", "what's", and all sorts of common strings are blocked regardless of spacing. You can't say "but it's" because it contains "tits". You can't say "put an" or "put on" because they contain mild SPANISH profanity (puta/puto). Is it just me, or does the overtuned chat censor need some massive fixes?

I think Silas is the single best progression hero in the game. He will do way more for a young account than Elowyn, or literally anyone else. I do think he falls off just a bit in the very very end game.
He’s on the very best heroes in the game. My comment was that he falls off at the VERY VERY end game. If you’re not doing 120k on Apoc 2, you need Silas. If you’re free to play, or a very low spender, and you need to save for Valentine’s Day to guarantee the VD limited hero, then skip. This is exactly what Fasti said in the video. (Note: Silas won’t help you hit 120k, that’s just what I mean by very very end game).
My heart itched last weekend, did a few ten pulls and got Silas. So far have only fed him 1 skill crystal. I also have vierna so i can already see Silas' prowess esp. during his ultimate

These banners summons are huge waste of summons if you do not have most of the legendary heroes. If you do and you have to get particular hero that you do not own it's another story. I get banner hero maybe 1 out of 5 times. For those players x2 is much better. I got Silas two times on banner that was for someone else. Last 2 months i'm doing just limited and x2 and i am doing so much better.
Having silas is cool, but man, is he underwhelming without vierna, i don't know where the hype is from if you dont have vierna. I've had him A1 since my first 50 days, and i dont think I've needed him in any piece of content. I've cleared everything very comfortably without using him.
unbound silas is still the 4th best hero in the game for boss in gr3 behind bound silas, sargak and iovar. he is still incredible in Void Rift and Campaign. Only in GBs does he really fall short without bond

As good as always , I can’t expect anything else from Fasti, probably the best out there , regarding the banners … hard for me to pick … definitely not going for Silas ( got him a3 with a vierna near him) bubba looks amazing like a game changing hero but I am sitting on 50-60 blues and a couple of divines so I think i should wait ( my wallet will love that )
Let's also not forget that apoc 3 is in the works. I dont know if We'll be able to do all 3 or not, but if we can, Bubba will be very useful
