you should be hearing everything because they are using a repeater system.
You should get a Motorola RIB, jedi programming cable and MTSX software and program the radios yourself. Most of those can be "Cloned"
Programming a radio is not rocket science, however there are things you may have to do in the service menus to set softpoints to peak the radio performance. This is almost VITAL when you go into 800 MHz trunking especially after rebanding and you need to have a radio flashed for rebanding.

Should I got that shame radio and monza's working well with the for keypad and then I got a small keypad I like them big good I got a bow Fang my baofeng radio works well I listen to 777 181 in

It's a good radio It's just a old one if you can get a newer model it will pick up way more and have clear audio but it's still a good radio.
