Sir for comfort while reading books while sitting on bed, whether wooden or cushion headboard is better? Costing of cushion headboard is higher. Is it worth it considering seating comfort? Thank you for making insightful videos. We have been benefited lot.

sir head board is meant to rest upto the top of the head or the neck? I'm trying to figure out what is the ideal height.

As such no fix criteria, but basically it should give full support to your back to keep your back comfort when you are in seating position, make it upto your head top level if space allowed for better comfortability
