Joseph Ho died just before his 28th birthday. I have not seen that many photographs of him. The family fortune went downhill from the early 1930's. Ho Kwong left for Shanghai in 1934 and later settled in Annam. He only returned to HK in the late 50's.
My Grandma knew Joseph Ho when she was young. She told me Joseph Ho was really handsome back in those days. Many girls would dance with him in balls or events. My grandma showed me a picture Joseph Ho in a white suit. What a handsome man!
What is your relationship to the Ho Tung family Andrew ?? My mom's surname is also Tse too. Do you actually have any relations to the Tse families over in Australia ?? Or the UK ? So odd that... my (girl) cousin is also named after your father. "Tse Ga Bo". My surname is Lok.

My late mother was the God- daughter of Ho Sai-kwong so I met many of these guests as adults but never saw their photos as kids. Extremely nostalgic!
