Hey! I was the one who posted the tech video originally, thanks for the credit at the end :) I've pretty much been playing Ramattra exclusively this season and wanted to add that the tech is genuinely useful when melting tanks (Winston, Hog in particular). It can also make a massive difference in a Ram mirror. As for squishier targets I recommend the combo posted by LizardInSuits which gives a quick melee damage boost and is easier to pull off.
Always cool to see the community discover new techs. I don't think I'm going to bother learning this one though, because it feels like the type of thing that's going to get patched out for sure. Techs in the past that have increased damage output beyond what the devs intended have always gotten removed.
@@SVBOW well its niche and not noteworthy unless somehow low elo players start abusing it. when that happens blizzard will go full panic patch mode immidiatly.
@@rare9242 Except they do patch out especially broken ball tech, like they did with double fireball. It let ball get fireball twice in one swing and chain fireball people off the map and had great damage. The devs do patch tech that give significant damage buffs.
it does but its really fucking hard to do. It's very easy to mess up so it requires a lot of practice or youll reduce your fire rate and fuck up your nemesis form
If I turn on infinite ultimate duration and then hold down primary fire forever, can I practice like that? Or does it only work if you start the combo right when you transform?
About 120dps, assuming the quick melee hits. It's 800dmg up to 1200dmg for nemesis form. So up to 50% free damage (because 60 pummel plus free 30 quick melee).
Welp got the tech down on Xbox, now let's see if my muscles can pull forth the memory mid game or if I just flop lol. Also, for those on console (maybe it helps for pc too idk) you really do have to HOLD melee, then hold block, then hold melee etc. It's not just a tap input (at least on controller) you really gotta buffer the next input and get a flow of hold then release going. Also, if you fuck up. Hold block, then hold punch, then hold melee, release block when you're ready, and start the process anew. I initially thought you had to keep the animation alive from start to finish cause the start up animation enabled the following animation cancels lol. Not the case and I have no idea why I thought "yeah if I drop it once it's over, try again 8-16 second later" haha.

I've got it down, and utilized it in my games. Its very nice against Orisa since she doesn't gain anything from me being up in her face. Can't say the same for Roadhog though X( #Nerfhog

I knew there’d be a way to work in melees without reducing attack rate but didn’t know how
That's the tempo devs were talking about
So Rammatra’s nemesis form has a melee for his melee…
Didn't think he'd have much deep tech. I actually feel pretty confident on Ramattra. I'm gonna have to learn this! Thanks man 👍

Hog chillen in the corner
@@renutus1580not anymore
Also, if done correctly all the way through. You actually gain an extra punch instead of 14 punches, you gain a 15th right at the very end lol
The hardest tech on him is to farm 45 lvl battle pass (I gave up on 11-th)
LOL
I got him in a week by playing nearly an hour each day I dont know why its that hard
@@FunniWunni this is mathematically impossible My friend
@@angryspearmen3614 not sure I mean I was able to get him the late part of the month of his release
Gonna try that. I am sure everyone is going to exploded by this.
This feels like something that would get patched. It seems interesting to learn though.
Enjoy it today! Whether it gets patched out or not, it's very fun to learn and when you do it, you feel like an anime superhero tbh!
Defintely looks like a weapon cancel in Doom Eternal for spamming
I wonder if it will be kept in the game. I kinda don't want to spend hours practicing it if it's going to be patched out next month....
Very much doubt it. This seems like something that'll be patched out as too broken
idk they never patch out ball tech so I doubt it
If we keep it between us, they'll never know and never patch it out 🤫 Honestly though, feels too niche for them to patch out

You can fully kill a dva with this
does it actually not reduce attack rate? need a side by side comparison
it doesnt reduce for sure. Otherwise, it wouldnt be a tech. This is like OW1 launch genji who could dash melee within same animation end frame
it does but its really fucking hard to do. It's very easy to mess up so it requires a lot of practice or youll reduce your fire rate and fuck up your nemesis form
Nope! Tested it and it's the same speed when done right, sorry for not putting it in the clip but wanted to keep it to the essential bits!
If I turn on infinite ultimate duration and then hold down primary fire forever, can I practice like that? Or does it only work if you start the combo right when you transform?
can someone do this in a DPS workshop mode and tell me how much extra DPS you get?

Will you be doing a season 2.1 'hotfix' hero tier-list?
Managed to pull this off in practice range on ps4, very useful, especially for fighting a rein

is this still in the game?
YOU CAN MELEE ON HIM???
Does this still work in 2024?
That's a pc tech, I don't see that being effective or practical on console... unless you customize controls to accommodate those inputs
Anyway to do this on controller
hey, is this patched now or? cause i cant seem to get it to work
Cant wait for blizz to patch this
Wont be long before they patch that out lol
Here after they patched it
this is gonna be patched for sure
Not secret anymore
it's great but i think Blizzard will patch this
Lol this will get patched 😂
