I was so surprised by the Batman Dorbz. They have turned me into a dorbz collector. I think they look great in 3 packs. I totally agree the catwoman should have been glossy but other than that she looks great. My gamestop only had one available, it was the first thing I went for. My superman has a lot of the darker weathering around the eyes and hairline and it looks good, I had to look through a few though to find a really good looking one. Cool hunt guys!
I live in Australia and we don't have any of those stores, but we have 1 store that had all the toy Tokyo pops, Doctor Strange Golden Freddy and more.I picked up Brak and dug from ToyTokyo and I picked up doctor Strange which was my favourite, Nerd Therapy thank you for informing me about the SDCC pops this year. Crazy run-in with the flippper at b&n...hehe I was able to get the stan lee....very lucky find. Its been fun...lighter wallet but that comes with the territory. Awesome hunt and haul as usual! Love it.
I love the Harry Potter 3 pack. I wasn't expecting them to be so small but for some reason that just made them even better because they're so adorable lol.
I really wanted Mag the Mighty (Game of Thrones.) I screamed when I saw it on your video. My Hot Topics were already sold out of him. My favourite out of my SDCC hunts has to be the Venellope Dorbz Ride. I never wanted a Dorbz till this one. It's so on point!
Great video, you guys! Love those HP Pops! Newt is a Hufflepuff and is wearing his house scarf. 😁 My Cornish pixie's wings are on upside down though. I didn't get my poster either, didn't even know about it until you mentioned it. The only other Pops I got were the Amazon Barbossa n' monkey and the HT BB-8. Can't wait for them to get here!
Great video, guys ! I had to work, but did swing by the local mall over lunch. Pretty much picked over, but HT had the Batman, Jack, BB8, and Vanelope. I really liked the Vanelope ride, but couldn't pull the trigger. Maybe if I swing back around and she is still there... As expected Walgreen's continues to frustrate.

I got BB-8 (Thumbs Up), Han Solo (w/ Bowcaster), Han Solo (Ceremony), Luke Skywalker (Ceremony), Luke Skywalker (Bespin Encounter), Malcolm Merlyn, Gorilla Grodd, Doomsday, Superman (False God), Doctor Strange (w/ Rune), Burning Walker, & Cursed Barbossa. I really wanted the Green Goblin, but, I couldn't seem to find it at Walgreens. Also, I don't really care for Dorbz too much, but, that Tim Burton Batman Returns 3-Pack is amazing! I wish I got it because I'm a huge Batman fan. Keep up the great work, guys! I love your channel!
POP's seemed easy to get this year for the most part. We snagged Grodd at HT with no problem and got Dr. Strange Friday. Without a doubt the biggest headache was from Walgreens. While we were able to get Green Goblin, I lost countless hours of sleep wondering if/when it would be put online.
The first store I went to was Hot Topic. Lots of people, but some reason, we were very civil about it lol. We even got to pick and choose which Pops had better box, paint, etc.
The pops you find do the clear windows come with screeches of scratches. I can pretty much only get mine on eBay and Amazon where I live and they always come with scratches I was wondering if it's just cause of the way there are put in and taken out the box and that's the clear window is just easily scratched or if there just not very careful
what happened to the amazon exclusives?? the clear petes dragon and the zombie pirate barbosa. I waited until midnight but they never came on their website...
I got the Doctor Strange SDCC exclusive at GameStop and it is just spool awesome and short detailed!!! I still really want the bb-8 giving the thumbs up but haven't had the chance to get it yet...
I had a really great experience this year. Last year, I got pushed out of the way by a flipper who wanted to make sure that he got as many of the exclusives he thought would sell for the most. This year I got to have some great conversations with other collectors while waiting in line. I was also able to get everything I wanted except for that elusive Stan Lee Dorbz. All and all it was a really fun and exciting day
This was my first SDCC that I was able to get stuff and I got the Doomsday Dr. Strange and Stan Lee pops luckily! Sorry your stores didn't have them. I as well got the Malcolm merlin in store but had to order batman and the new 52 Harley online from HT and Olivia Moore from eBay cause they were sold out on website. Was there a reason you didn't get the Harley rock candy?
On the Thursday me and the wife were second in line at Hot Topic, got BB-8 and Luke Bespin Encounter (from Star Wars Celebration) for myself and got Merlyn, Izombie and Deadpool for my friend. We went to GameStop next, I got my friend Superman and found no Doctor Strange. I did find out he came in the next day and thankfully got one of the last ones in stock. FYE didn't get any of the Scott Pilgrim 3 pack and they have no idea if/when that one would come in, tried and failed to get Green Goblin, Barbossa and Indiana Jones (Disney Parks). So some wins, some loses but keeping the hunt alive through other means like Popcultcha. I'll probably put in an order soon. :)
do you guys think that funko will make the sailor moon outer scouts?? I'm currently collecting all the sailor scouts but I haven't seen anything about them making the outer scouts as well.
I got Buttercup and BB-8 from Hot Topic but that was it , this was my first year pop hunting and needless to say it was interesting . I do live in Canada but my Hot Topic said they got their shipment the night before and wasn't prepared for the day & and hardly any if any EB Games got SDCC stuff , they say that it will be in stores Monday

I got Doctor Strange, Stan Lee, and Han Solo in the afternoon shipment on the 21st. I got BB-8 and Pajama Jack in store as well. I'm glad I went to the stores because it was so much easier than trying to buy them online. There were only 3-5 people at hot topic and gamestop each. I know I'll go to the stores next year too.

I'm pretty new to collecting pops...only picked up the Vanellope and Snoopy...how cute would it have been to have a little patriotic Woodstock in there? Might go back for the batman dorbz...not a huge batman fan but return was my favorite version so I think ill regret it if I dont. Kind of hope they come out with action pose Power Puff Girls.

I was able to get Gorilla Grodd and iZombie online then got the harry potter and willy wonka pops at B/N the next day but my B/N had them on a table instead of behind the counter, just wish I could've found a Dr. Strange!
Finally was able to pick up Doctor Strange on Saturday. For some reason that POP was shipped separately. Only POP's I couldn't get my hands on were Doomsday (sold out in the first 10min) and Bubbles at Hot Topic.

I think that the symbol on the Batman Dorbz may have been a purposeful reference to the misprint on the original Batman pop, where he had the wrong symbol. Or maybe they made the same mistake twice. Who knows.
I was at SDCC but was unable to get into the Funko booth. Even after lining up hours early outside. The flippers got to them before I did. I had to pay ridiculous prices for them at other booths!

The Han Solo w/Bowcaster was a day late. My local store (and most others) got theirs on Friday.
