I can potentially make a video for starting to craft from scratch. like some decisions that need to be made and some things to consider and where to start. I have a friend who wants to craft but cant be bothered to learn all the mechanics. Something I may consider in the future if the audience is interested.

Hello bro, please make a video about crafting for begginers and explain all what you do? why you do? What is the strange things and the positive things about crafting. Have a nice day, god bless you. Greetings from Turkey!
Great video man! I just started crafting leather, cloth and rocks but decided to stick to rocks as it has a return bonus of close to 40% in one of the cities (without focus) Sometimes I spend more money so I can get to T6 crafting of rocks. The downside is that I'm not a T5 Quarrier yet.. but I have 3 mill to play around with. I also noticed there's no journal for crafting resources.. only weapons. I think I can make more profit once I get to T7... although I hate having to gather in RZ or BZ...
me too. honestly the fame difference isnt worth it in my opinion. remember if your gather bonus is high and you gather like 3 extra materials of tier 4 you get the fame equivalent for them so even mining t4 and 5 it will still help to get spec there.
@@Bokusa I also saw this vid of a player who only crafts food. He has no farm and he only buys the ingredients from the market. I think he buys the ingredients at a discount and just crafts popular food for PvP. He has maxed his crafting too.
@@g.abzilla7665 Yes that is doable. I made a video that I decided not to upload where I did something similar and then crunched the numbers to show that even with t4 poisons you can profit as long as you use focus and determined the silver/fame and etc. I decided not to upload it as it didnt meet the minimum quality I would like and it was 30 minutes long. I lost money without focus and made money with it so even at lower tiers that is a viable strategy. consumables are always in high demand.
In a daily time, is gathering > refining > crafting profitable with only 30k focus ? im T8 miner and gather millions of raw materials overall but i drain all my focus to refine a part of it .
im using my focus for farm tho, im curently 100 mastery and 100 spec in carrot.... but im also 100 spec in warbow crafting... is it better to change my focus to crafting instead of farming? im newbs, sorry
Ill be that guy ;) "Whatever you want." Some Royal cities give bonuses to crafting very specific things. I use martlock as an example since it lets you get 25% resources back even though you don't use focus. It's better than the 15% and it helps along the way. Find something that you want to craft maybe a type of armor or weapon that you use and find the city where it might be best to craft it
@@Bokusa So everything is profitable? I spent a ton of money on leveling up my divine staff without doing any calculations. So far at T7 it doesn't seem very profitable
Things -Generally- will make you money when using focus at higher tiers of specilization. This is because you can craft more with the focus you use and because the overall quality will be higher. This means your average price you can sell them for will be higher in the long term, but make sure not to over saturate the market with your product. I may have done that somewhere.. oops. It can cause a crash in prices.
@@Bokusa Even at T8 with focus divine staffs are a loss :/ Only .2 and .3 are profitable but no one buys them apparently, been trying to sell 7.2 for a week now
ive be crafting only mage shoes in bridgewatch all tier as long as i have the resources i dont like doing the math but i don't think its that profitable

Reason the chest piece takes more fame...is probably due to its larger gather bonus. It would take both the shoes and helmets to equal the chest bonus
that is true. suppose that'd make sense.

Why dont you craft garthering gear at Caerleon as another guide videos teach ?
Very nice video
Thank you!
I thought spec boosts were exponential
Buff food still profitable?
Couldnt tell you, sorry. I usually just craft for fun these days not profit so I dont really pay attention to most of the money I make or lose
@@Bokusa okay no problem
Yo bokusa may i know why when crafting you never go for max stacks you can, instead youre trying to craft 1 or 2 piece(s) each time?

I would think that crafting warbows would be worth more money for your focus but I do not know the profitablity of farming carrots
@@Bokusa carrots are ~25k per farm(9plots) daily and cost 125 focus per plots at lvl100
And what did you decide bro? Keep focus on carrots (farming) or crafting?

are predatz and hagging reduced tax? i crafted some sword but did not notice tax and it was a loss i just flat sell whatever i gather
