젤리피쉬 엔터테인먼트의 새로운 보이그룹 VERIVERY가, 본인들의 첫 리얼리티 프로그램 ‘지금부터 베리베리해’의 OST ‘Super Special’을 디지털 싱글로 발매한다.
낯선 여행지에서 만들어 낸 VERIVERY의 순도 100% 리얼 성장 스토리, REAL ROAD MOVIE ＜지금부터 베리베리해＞는 9월 21일부터 매주 금요일 저녁 6시 30분 Mnet에서 방송된다. 첫 방송에 앞서 리얼리티 티저 및 각 멤버의 이미지가 선공개 되면서 새로운 보이그룹 VERIVERY에 대한 국내외 팬들의 높은 관심과 기대를 받고 있다.
VERIVERY는 ‘진실’을 의미하는 라틴어 ‘VERI(베리)’에 ‘매우’ ‘정말’을 뜻하는 영어 ‘VERY(베리)’가 더해져 ‘정말 진짜’ 라는 뜻이 담긴 그룹으로, 다양한 콘텐츠를 통해 대중과 진실하게 소통하면서도 에너지 넘치고 혁신적인 모습을 선보일 7인조 보이그룹이다. VERIVERY는 작사, 작곡, 안무창작은 물론 영상 편집 실력까지 갖춘 크리에이티브한 멤버들로 구성되어 있으며 이번 발매되는 OST의 ‘Super Special’에서도 VERIVERY 멤버인 동헌과 호영이 직접 작사에 참여하였다. 앞으로 선보일 VERIVERY의 앨범에서도 멤버들이 작곡 작사에 참여하여 크리에이티브돌로서 다양한 가능성을 선보일 예정이다.
[Super Special]의 뮤직비디오는 GDW의 김성욱 감독이 연출을 맡았으며, 직접 영상을 촬영하고 만들어내는 DIY아이돌 VERIVERY를 “Video Kids”로 표현하였다. ‘Retro(과거)’, ‘Present(현재)’, ‘Future(미래)’의 각각의 시공간에서의 VERIVERY만의 청량하고 멋진 모습을 선사한다.
안무는 전 세계적으로 유명한 댄스팀 “Just Jerk”의 소속 안무가 J-ho와 VERIVERY 멤버들이 직접함께 창작하여, VERIVERY 멤버 각자의 장기와 개성을 담으면서도 7명의 합을 확실히 보여주는 안무로 완성되었다.
VERIVERY는 본인들이 모든 창작물에 직접 참여하는 신개념 본격 크리에이티브 아이돌로서, 자유롭고 유쾌한 모습 속에서도 완벽한 호흡을 보여주며 실력파 신인 아이돌로서의 확실한 잠재력을 선보이고 있다.
