How can it have been tested intensely when we just got the virus? Should be alt least 2-5 test before coming to a market...just like others vaccines.

With as large of a concern as this virus is (and how much money there is to be made treating it currently) the medical IC is heavily invested in speeding up this particular vaccine, so it's incredibly likely that they've diverted resources from other projects to speed the production of this vaccine.
Once you discover a "promising" solution, its usually due to a particular protein or reaction, this makes it far simpler to test and authenticate its effects on humans based on previous interactions with these protein's/reaction's.
While my understanding of bio-chemistry isn't at the level of these bio-science majors, the difficult part to any cure is finding what works, not testing what effects it might have. Most side effects are well documented thanks to previous medical endeavors.

As long as it’s not widely spread no virus or mutation of virus is dangerous. The Y453F mutation is more widely spread of the over 300 mutations found in Denmark and partially escapes detection.
Given that all this has happened in a lot less time than it takes to produce a vaccine it’s all a battle against time and hoping nothing gets out of control.
