V said in an interview that Joon doesn't have to be the leader like he is. He is the link between the company and the guys and he tries to make everyone happy. He takes every mistake and like rumor or bad word on his shoulder and tries to fix it and even though he could be cocky about all the credits he gets for writing music or for being the leader of one of the best groups out there he doesn't.He doesn't put himself first. He puts the team. He had to learn to dance even though he could say "F it I don't have to do this much it's just a stupid choreo I can just rap my part and be done" he does work hard to be in sync with the others and has many injuries in the past but still keeps going. Namjoon talks really deep in the lives he does on Vapp or even the songs he writes and is not afraid to show that he is flawed and that is okay. I have so much respect to Joon and I don't like to put pressure on him to be perfect cause his position as a leader does on its own. I just accept him for who he is at any time. Immature, tired, grumpy, sad, dorky any side is Joon. People put so much hate since Day1 in Joon and still bring out his past mistakes and always try to drag him but they forget he is still a Human. He is still a child like he said in Burn the Stage. Let's be kind to Joon. He may talk like a philosopher but he is still hurt by the world. 🥺🐨💪💜🥰
True. He got most scars and I got to know him because of that many bad rumors and news widespread. LOL I thought he was a villain at that time until I investigate all about it and got choked up in frustration how cruel he got treated. Until now the scars remain. All know how other people around him react (except bts and bighit also cannot forget Jackson) if you watch it closely. Awkward 😒

I love his live streams because only then we can see how young he actually is. He always behaves like someone much older, when in fact he's in his 20s. He has so much responsibility and pressure on his shoulders, and yet he never shows his burdens.

Actually you must watch Namjoon on vlive, he always talk about how he help create lyrics and music for the group and the vocalist always want RM for help them to make music like you see it's the original version of serendipity by RM for Jimin and Fake love demo version. Namjoon always messes around dancing and singing. He always acts terrible but in truth he is quite good at both. Maybe not as good as the vocalists and dance line, but that in no way means he is bad or can't sing and dance. He has his own style and I love it 💜🤞🔥
