When the engine is in off condition its shows good reading, when i the engine is on it fluctuate a lot always at low readings, only shows at full revs. Is it normal?
Carburettor me tps sensor ka airfuel mixture se koi relationship nehi, tp sensor se cdi/ ko pata chalta hai ki bike konsi rpm me hai( a rough guess) and uske according spark timing ko change karti hai, high rpm me advance karti hai spark ko, 5°/ 10° tak advance kar deti hai,
Jaise ki pulsar rs200 ek fuel injected bike hai, usme kahi sare sensors rehte hai, abhi engine light kisivi ek sensor kharab hone se jal sakti hai, ye apko service centre hi bata payega ki konsi sensor ki problem hai, but ek baat confirmed hai, ki ye ek sensor ki hi problem se ho rahi hai.
Balancing problems are mainly due to bearings(wheel) and bushes(swingarm/suspension). If the rpm is fluctuating near the idle it means improper idle adjustment. If throughout the rpm range is does, and gives sudden hickups then it might be an improper timing.
Sir agar tps sensor ki vjha se check engine light jali hui rahey to kya problem hogi.

Bhai mujhe bs ye btao ki tos adjust krrunga agr or wo sahi hoga toh engine light khud chali jayegi ya jaakr codes erase krane honge maanlo sensor khrb tha light aayi sab theek hogya toh kya codes chale jayenge
