I have a hard time believing that any sane person would willingly earn less money out of loyalty to a corporate entity. I mean if it's a family business i could still understand, you may have a close friendship with the owner and don't want to leave. But loyalty to an MNC? I think a lot of this loyalty is just a matter of wanting to stay in your comfort zone and not take the risk of a new job, which may come with new problems, toxic environment, etc. And i totally understand choosing a comfortable lifestyle over a higher paycheck, I've done that a lot of times. But it's not loyalty.

To begin with I really really appreciate Anshuman supporting Shawn and advising him on positive notes as he knows it is not an easy path to sustain having 4 loans. In addition to it Anshuman interviewed the profiles drawing big numbers and aware of their lifestyle, yet he is so down to earth and accepted Shawn invitation. Furthermore,I really like the way Shawn carried the confidence and appreciate his wife efforts in taking care of kids.

Plus why should we always put so much pressure into guys to be the breadwinner? that's literally so bad for your anxiety plus that 90's picture perfect dream is so problematic and wdym listens to his wife despite being the earner? every partner should respect their spouse. There's so much wrong in your comment geez.

    1. Better to sell your car and close the car loan and wait for 3-4 years to buy a car. Till then you can able to close all the loans and your income will also increased by that time.
    2. If your wife is also graduate and discuss with her to get a job that will make a huge impact in your family 😊

So nowadays monthly part payment for many personal loans is not an option and also in most of the cases you can only pay 2 part payment. So save some amount and pay towards principal yearly basis. This will take long time but ultimately we end up paying less interest. Also preclosure is another option but you should have the remaining amount in your hand and in some bank it is only principal and in some bank it is both principal plus interest.

I can see those scribblings by the kids on the walls in the background. Same as what my kids did at my home. Couldn't stop them from doing it howmuch soever i tried.
