There is Nexusmods, but it was kinda lost along the way due to the frequent update and loss of interest in the game all in all - as in, it never died, but declined a ton. But I still believe modding support should be a thing
@@DexTag Unfortunately the decline is from big name streamers getting bored, ending the streams. As well as the repetitive gameplay (to the point where the only people who are proactively playing lategame are people farming eggs and those who occasionally feel like picking it up. And content creators like yourself). Steam workshop support + some kind of map creator, sprite uploader, modifier, etc. would revive the game. It might be too much to expect out of a sub $5 indie game though. But modding support, and not just small level modding, but full on being able to create missions, custom maps, custom characters, etc. etc. would be pretty cool.
It could be as simple as making them rainbow. Reason being that in the code it decides what color a gem has. Right now its always red, except when it has 2 or less XP, green with I think 6 or less. And yes, thats the way it happens, that the base form is red and gets overwritten. Making 50+ XP gems glowy or so would solve all issues

I think it lagged a lot at 6:18 because some weapons reset their cooldowns when you level them up like pentagram for example which nukes everything on the screen whenever you level it. I notice the same thing happens with la borra in limit break too
Yes, they really need to tone down the knockback, or just limit the max knockback distance. I don't think that would be too difficult. This weapon would be much higher in the tier list without so much knockback.
Biohazard complex here requesting the modded video you said you could do at the 29:00 minute mark I tend to watch all your videos but when it's modded it may not be the original but it can absolutely show the limits of weapons in a different way and it's always interesting to watch
Maybe knock back with a diminishing returns if its not to hard to implant, i agree knock back is meh in some situations and larger zone tolerance for despawning

The knockback that enemies take on this map is the only thing I don't like about it. It seems like a lot of weapons have knockback and on the Library it is really noticeable.
Not so far, maybe I should just do that instead. Like I could change that the Arcana increases Charme instead of Curse, that way the videos dont struggle so much with knockback, but it also means HP scaling is gone

It's sad there's no way to mod in mobile version. I don't have pc to play this and I'm hoping we get the DLC. I'm almost finished with all unlocks and secrets and I'm running out of things to come up as replays

Yesnt, it happens on a different complicated level, but what I can do is increase the level of knockback resistance of all enemies to the same as of Guardians. But the issue is that knockback is needed many times where you dont really notice it, because I did it once and it horribly failed. Ill see if I can change it up a bit
You should really just consider some weapons to be deffensive weapons not damaging ones, and reiterate their effectiveness, rather then comparing everything to DPS. I remember there was some up and down wavy weapon and books in youre early videos, how you praised those as excelent deffensive options.

I disagree, they should always balance towards new player experience and full arsenal runs, not solo weapon shenanigans with maxed power-ups.

That weapon is a great support, it makes every other weapon stronger, because of the "lower defense" (or additional damage) every other weapons gets.
I think there is an argument to try this weapon on mad forest, so you can also have duplicator, spellbinder and candelabra

Here’s an (obvious) idea for a future modded video: remove/severely weaken the knockback on several weapons and see how well they do

How ? Game killer just makes gems explode... but with no weapon to start the kills it wont work? Plus lacks scaling damage
