I also have the problem of the noise when ac is on. What is the problem and how much will it take to fix this?

Mainly the cause of noise when AC is on is AC compressor is not working properly i think you also facing problem on cooling of ac when car is on idle if yes then it’s surely compressor fault. So the cost of compressor is around Rs.14,000/- only compressor and labour and AC Gas is extra so aprox it will cost Rs.17,000/- to Rs.20,000/- maybe i am not 💯 sure its depends on your location and charges of labour but yes the compressor cost is 💯 correct
