Hello My Friend, im pretty sure You can find someone on Your country that can make them, i don't do manufacturing, only design , I could make Your diagnose and design if You send me Your FULL RECORDS , xray,s pictures , and scans however You would have to find someone to print and thermoforming Your aligners

Yes elástics is a must for distalization, in Upper arch , for lower posterior mini screws literature says around 2 - 3 mm can be achieved Upper arch
