Excellent job. The tone shift from friendly neighbour to creepy but calm vampire was really good. And when the phone got snapped, I actually started to feel uneasy. I especially liked that you needed an invitation to enter. At this point I was just thinking "Wait... are you a vampire?" Seems like I should have listened to myself😅
