Thank you, Tom, for sharing this innovative idea - MyLife OS. You've identified crucial challenges in all note-taking tools: organizing notes and defining a robust structure. Day by day, we input numerous notes and spend more time organizing them, only to find them scattered, requiring time to locate or resort (hence the ubiquitous SEARCH function in many note-taking tools). Fortunately, your methodology points out how notes can be processed more effectively in terms of Projects, Key Elements, and Topics. This concept is very good for me to rethink while taking notes and picking up a good tool for them.

I've simply made them using chatGPT's Image generator. It's really nothing special :) The Prompt was something like: "Give me an image that represents my key elements in life." Hope this helps?

How do you capture thoughts that are related to your projects when you are away from your desktop?

Using temporary note-taking apps like Tana Capture for example, or even a piece of paper. The key is to have processes (routines) in place to ensure the information ends up in its final destination. What you see in this video is just one of 10+ concepts and workflows in ICOR® that ensure the productivity system is running smoothly end-to-end. Watch this video for more details on how this intermediate capturing works: th-cam.com/video/QO7Nrw7p67s/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Zxc1zHKBQZGJsfGY

@@paperlessmove thank you for the information. Do you have a video that recommends a method to transition the information from Tana to Heptabase?

Well, that's because ICOR is still a young and sprightly method in the world of productivity-despite Paco Cantero, and me having poured decades of experience into it! In fact, it only got its 100% stamp of approval a year ago, which you'll find detailed in our upcoming book, dropping at the end of October. So, just hang tight! ChatGPT will continue to update its knowledge base, and soon enough, ICOR will snag its moment in the spotlight. Stay tuned!
