    Hello Kevin,
I was really looking forward to begin my CNC journey with Carbide 3D. I ordered an HDM machine on Dec 11 2023. The order number is #110532. I have not received the machine yet and after many attempts at contacting support, I have not received an answer yet. Can you tell me when it will be shipped?
