I love the Smith-Mora. It is a nice surprise weapon against players who like to play the Sicilian. I've found many Sicilian players are not prepared for it as they do not face it often enough to prep for it. You probably knew this, but Ken Smith was a regular at the Dallas Chess club back in the day. He gave weekly lectures on the Smith-Mora.
