Boy calfs get slaughtered (veil) since they can't reproduce or make milk.
that's regular food it becomes vegan when you replace all meat and animal byproducts and make let's say a stew (my personal favorite) or tamales and you don't include animal stock or meat in the stew and you make meatless tamales

Vegan fried chicken is real...I have only heard bad things about its flavor from people who eat meat, but if you go a while without eating any meat I'm sure it will taste better than it would if you still ate meat ... By the way no I am not Vegan nor am I vegetarian. I eat mostly organic foods, a lot of the bad that is associated with meat comes from processed meats and the way it is prepared (deep fried in super fatty oils). If you eat a proper portion of meat veggies fruits and all of that you can live a very healthy life. Vegans tend to be more health conscience so they also tend to do more exercise and as a result when compared to the average citizen will be healthier, but with a proper mix of foods and exercise you can be superman... This was a very long way of saying they have vegan chicken lol

Also, not everyone has the option to be vegan. Many people live out in the countryside where they have to travel tens of miles just to get to the nearest store. And many people can't afford to use their land to grow anything other than their usual crops (there are a lot of reasons for that). And then you have people who live in an area with bad soil or an extreme climate, and growing plants simply isn't an option. Most vegans seem to live in this bubble where everyone lives in a city with a supermarket around every corner with fresh local produce. That simply is not true.

what bothers me bout vegans is the ones who try to talk down....especially when we all know theyre only vegan because its an option. if shit hit the fan and humans were facing starvation....these mofos would eat human flesh. miss me wit that while i enjoy my porkchops.
Also, not everyone has the option to be vegan. Many people live out in the countryside where they have to travel tens of miles just to get to the nearest store. And many people can't afford to use their land to grow anything other than their usual crops (there are a lot of reasons for that). And then you have people who live in an area with bad soil or an extreme climate, and growing plants simply isn't an option.
Most vegans seem to live in this bubble where everyone lives in a city with a supermarket around every corner with fresh local produce. That simply is not true.
why would they have to eat meat when vegetables and grains are in a abundance. All they would have to do is go to the nearest farm.
Riley Are you seriously that stupid? Vegetables and grains are not in abundance in all parts of the world. Also, the veggies you can get from nearby farms won't give you all of the nutrients you need.That goes to show how little you know. This is why I said most vegans live in a bubble.

+Sten Lahek in my experience (I'm a vegetarian though, not a vegan), the fake meat stuff just makes me crave the real thing. Eating regular food that happens to not have meat in it feels more normal and more sustainable to me. I guess it just depends on the person though.

Vegans need to make there food faster, easier, and cheaper. If they did that people would have no choice, but it's either over priced, sold in special areas, or you have to make that shit from scratch.
If more people invested in it, it would becheaper...the cheapest things are generally the things that the majority of the population invest more it.
