I’m glad you found this place and clean it up.
Next time please ask the city about cleaning so you can actually have the answer instead of spreading speculations. I tell you more: make a post you are planning to clean up and looking for volunteers- you will be surprised! As a child we had many trips from school to clean old Jewish cemeteries.

May you be blessed with all the heavenly blessings for this great "chesed shel temes." I visited near the train station a few blocks away in May, to see the building where my late father's family was held for 3 days before, along with over 3,000 other Jews from the Bedzin Ghetto was deported to Auschwitz in 1942, and I drove over to the cemetery after they told me there was a Jewish cemetery there.
