You are so welcome! It's much easier to use store bought pearls. I have that in my cabinet too haha. After boiling them by following the instructions on the package, you can boil them again in brown sugar water to make them taste better.😆
hi all! to prevent the tapioca starch from clumping up when mixing it into the sugar syrup, make sure the mixture isn't too hot. moving it off the heat BEFORE putting in the 2 tbsp of tapioca, continue gelatinizing it over the heat, and then turn it off and remove before adding the rest to make dough. hope this helps ❤️❤️
