Dear Pack Hacker: I enjoy all your reviews, even the reviews of items that I don't really see myself using like tec pouches and such, but, the reviews I enjoy the most are Krystyne's 😅, she's so fun and energetic in each one, heck, on this video her outfit even match the backpack, top notch attention to detail. Don't get me wrong, i love the whole team, wish you all happy holidays.

I agree Krystyne is awesome! Love her blunt descriptions about the gear, I often chuckle to myself. I hate this pack with a passion, but I watched it too 🙂

Fab review Kristyne, I like that bag and it's reasonably priced. £80 in the UK... One day I'll find the perfect pack and buy it and stop watching these reviews... But not today.. 🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣

💯 agree it looks like a mini backpack bolted onto a larger backpack. Cool bag, though!

Could you tell me the dimensions of the front pocket? We need a very specific spec and can’t find the information anywhere

I have the Core Pack and while I generally prefer that, I see some features of this pack that may be better:
    - the horseshoe opening helps contain things better than the full horseshoe of the Core Pack. I just wish the horseshoe on this one is a bit longer.
    - the 600d nylon material is lighter than the 1000d that fully covers the Core Pack. The weight does add up when you lug a heavy pack even a couple of blocks.
    - I like the front pocket here more, I hardly use the one on mine.
The features on my Core Pack that would have made this Session Pack *the* bag:
    - the load lifters got so much use from me, since I am short and liked my bag higher on my back.
    - the slip pocket on top of the bag helps me corral some delicate items that I wouldn’t want mixed with the items in the front pocket
    - top zip laptop compartment is generally better and easier to access
I might have considered getting the Session Pack, but Core Pack is still the OG.

I don't carry a laptop, but every bag seems to have a laptop compartment or sleeve etc.
I put a folding foam sit pad in them. 😁

Eric will love it - he’s always worried about those side access laptop pockets!

Great review. I'm having issues with backpacks. I overpack them with the things I need for the day and I end up hiding things in it. Any backpacks you recommend that eliminates this?
