- I just thought to do this video while I was having my break in the hospital courtyard. There are multiple pathways to becoming a nurse in Canada and I will be providing these information as of many requests of Sri Lankan nurses.

I have a question regarding the pathways for Sri Lankan Registered Nurses (RNs) who hold NTS diplomas (3 years) to work in Canada. In Sri Lanka, many RNs have NTS diplomas rather than bachelor's degrees. What options do NTS diploma holders have in Canada to become Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), or Caregivers? What is the best pathway for them to follow?
