It follows a viral video of her telling an undocumented patient that the influx of foreigners is putting a strain on healthcare facilities.

People need to stop taking content out of context, Gayton speaks his mind the way he sees it open and as raw as the words comes out.
Because he does not disguise him anger towards what's wrong with the country and because he does not use a marginalized narrative agenda or stereotype to displace people of this country like the ANC, VF and the DA.
