He looks like if Sting and Bono had an Irish baby. Joe Gilgun is absolutely perfectly cast as everyone's favorite alcoholic/junkie vampire. They even made him a bit nicer and sillier in the show, though he's still pretty awesome in the comics.

Just a nitpick but, Cassidy doesn't say John Travolta got powers from a branch, he says he gets powers from a brain tumour. Joeseph wasn't the best at the Irish accent in the earlier seasons. He got a lot better though.
