I’ve had a few anxious days lately, and in the middle of those really depressing or scary moments I’ve been able to remind myself that all I have to do is breathe. That’s it. Nothing else is as important, and I try to remind myself that things will change and won’t be as scary or depressing soon.

So true. Some of Jeremiah's sentences have made it to my mind and sometimes I remember to tell myself to breath and ground myself and uncross my legs and it helps 💕
