TaylorSelenaSwift I just run at a fairly comfortable pace while watching a show. So this time I did 30 minutes at 7.0 (miles per hour) and then 5 minutes walking at 3.0 :)

Protective pup parent here! (I’m Not sure if u do or not but just in case u don’t) always take off boo boos collar when he goes in his crate! I’ve heard horror stories of pups accidentally getting snagged on the cage and strangling themselves accidentally. Same if u leave him out of his crate in your home. My dog one time slipped in the kitchen and her collar got caught on a cabinet handle and she kept slipping on the floor and couldn’t stand up. Thank goodness I was standing there when it happened. Such a freak thing. Love you guys ❤️
Elizabeth Stevens good advice! In the crate we always take it off, but we’ll start doing it when he’s outside the crate too. My logic was that if he somehow got out of the house (how would he lol) that he would have a collar on with our phone number :)

Eve Yitagesu it was pretty easy actually. Sear beef, remove. Sear onion, carrot celery. Add flour. De glaze with white wine. Scrape off fond from bottom of pot. Re add beef cubes, add beef stock and water. Simmer for 2 hours (this time I added corn and canned tomatoes, but next time I won’t)
