The batteries will calmly recharge overnight that is about 6-8h. This is the least invasive charging for the battery. Of course, if necessary, you can use a more powerful charger and speed up the process, but keep in mind that faster charging can negatively affect battery life.

180 mm brakes aren't going to be nearly enough. 203 or even 220 mm brakes would be adequate for this trike, and even then, 4 piston hydraulic brakes are a must! I can tell you from experience. I have a heavy recumbent trike with the BBSHD High Voltage system. It would be completely unsafe without the biggest brake system available to stop it.
For our tricycles with 180mm discs, we mount two- or four-piston calipers from the Deore group and the bikes almost stand up on the front wheels when the brake is firmly applied. And we're also talking about our heaviest tricycle here - the Fattrike, which weighs about 60 kilograms by itself. We have never had any problems stopping our tricycle even at higher speeds.
