Actually I like that he's taking his original canvas aesthetic and bringing it into color, adding black as well. I think he's branching out of his safe zone which is nice to see
It was nice to see this collection so bright and vibrant, it caught my eye. Especially in comparison to the previous ones that were more neutral and toned down, showcasing earth colors. With this collection, I liked how Jacquemus didn’t stray too far away from what he’s used to, but adding a pop of color to make it interesting. Though, I see your point. He’s definitely had better collections. My personal favorite was his Fall Winter 2020 collection, I don’t think anything will beat that.

You could layer that trench with literally anything and it would look amazing I think. I love that the bottom is open so that all of your layers can be seen and you can show off a color pallete or just some cool textures in your clothing

Amazing collection, all the it girls are going to wear all of this for sure , simple yet sofisticated, even though is young is not like a young repetitive of other brands like Celine and YSL... it does have it's own identity and vibe. The bright pink and red segment was really nice, the sky blue outfits were dreamy...and the accessories, Jacquemus is always on point with accessories, from the bag at 1:47 on Mica Arganaraz, the puffy bright one in orange on Adut (one of the best outfits for sure, my favourite one at least) at 2:04, the black jumbo one great for any business woman who loves fashion on Jill Kortleve at 3:46, the shoes on Bella Hadid at 6:43 with that blue bag (and that whole outfit was great too). The jackets are awesome. something to note about this brand is that the menswear is actually cohesive with the womenswear, sometimes I feel that many brands can't find the correlation and here you can see it. Great casting, actually quite inclusive, probably the most inclusive one I have ever seen, Vittoria and Yasmín Wijadlum would have been perfect for this show though, the most fire models here were Adut at 2:03 and RIANNE closing pure fire 🔥🔥🔥 9:03.
Kendall walked so pretty and soothing, Bella was amazing too and i don’t see why people are hating on her. In the 90s the it walk was fierce, now it’s soothing if not then designers wouldn’t book her. all of them are amazing in their own way and the people that hate on them for no reason are so annoying.
