Not just fear of change, but fear in general, exspecially if you've been in fear since childhood for various reasons, that would be a gift for me, I hope you read this. Lots of love ❤️💞💕

    I like to catch when I have a negative thought and tell it, I hear you but I don't believe you, and then replace it with 3 empowering positive thoughts. The powerful positive opposite 💞

    - These are disturbing and alarming thoughts that pop up randomly and stay stuck in your mind causing significant distress
    - much more intense
    - tends to be stickier. It seems that they stuck on your mind

    Thoughts that can magnetize and amplify denser emotions and energy within the person's body and electromagnetic field.

    -Do not pay attention to negative thoughts like you don't give attention to other 70,000 thoughts you experience each day

    Since I started learning about the law of attraction, my brain decided to plant the idea in my head that I'm going to manifest my heart exploding! And it's become an OCD thought (I have OCD) and it gets so bad at times that I feel muscle cramps in my chest! It's awful. I've been able to let it go more and more as time moves on, but listening to people talk about manifestation and LOA always brings up the thought again for me. My brain really sucks sometimes 😆😫 I'm going to practice your tips and see what happens lol.

    You did it again! I literally just got off the phone with a really good friend of mine and I was talking to her about finding a way to deal with the negativity that is thrown at me within my business. People demand from me in really negative ways and I am trying to learn how to not react to it. But fear drives me because I get extorted into giving them way too much and more than they pay for because of threats of hurting my business via the internet thus threatening my survival. I am still learning and when this happens it freaks me out but I know my freak out is fear-based and I don't need to react. It's so much easier for me when it comes to the people I know but random strangers that are living under the vail of consciousness attacking me through my means of survival is a tough one to work with for me. Then I go on to youtube and here is your amazing guidance AGAIN helping me work this problem out... I am watching this 50 million times and I have the workbook downloaded soon to be printed! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

    I have been dealing with intrusive thoughts for years. Only recently I have been having a major problem with them. I’m gonna try, been saying that these thoughts aren’t mine. I’ve been treating these thoughts like meditation, just let them go. It’s hard though because a lot of them are toward someone I care about. Anyways great video I needed this video.

    I'm a sensitive empath. I tell people I read between the lines of what they say. I'm really reading their energy I guess. I'm triggered by low vibration and sometimes with my boyfriend it sets off a defensive response by me and battle begins. I'm usually quiet and that's where my power lies. I spend a lot of time alone to be balanced and grounded. I will watch sensitives are strong after this! Thanks so much!

    It makes sense. Out of nowhere some weird negative thought comes in to my mind and I say, “ wow where is this coming from? this is not me”. It’s from other people. Thanks Christina, I thought it was... since I’m an empath I’m learning how to don’t accept it. I Had one real big lesson last Sunday, and I didn’t absorb anything. 🙏

    Thank you Clever Christina for this video content. Life is surely about learning and we are never short of materials to learn .I find this video valuable at this juncture of my life .I already resonated with a lot of your thoughts and I like the breathing exercises .The immersion or sucked in to negative thoughts can be heading to negative spirals of emotions if we are not conscious of our thoughts. We tend to go back to past traumas and this can have negative impacts on the soul. Mindfulness of our thoughts and emotions is very important for growth and development and this is where the challenge can be but you have implemented some sound suggestions which will help. Your video is worth sharing but to people who are more advanced in their English language. There are many people I want to relate to who are not advanced in your thoughts so I have to break down the thoughts or words you used in order for them to understand.
    Christina !I sensed your ENERGIES and you do genuinely know yourself and very intelligent . Thank you.

    SOOO helpful! Thank you Christina! I love how you take big esoteric spiritual ideas and communicate them in simple, practical ways that are grounded in "real life" so the information is relatable and digestible.
    Often it feels like thoughts think me and take me for a roller coaster ride and it takes SO much effort to bring consciousness to them so detach myself from them, especially when trauma is triggered. It just happens automatically and then after the fact I am able to observe what happened. I know it will get easier the more I practice, but it takes so much discipline to do so right now. These tools are incredibly helpful and I will definitely be applying them. I am so thankful for you!!

    I do struggle with my emotions as well as my family struggles with emotions too I've always felt like a burden to everybody so I do my best to hide away thank you for your loving teachings I do find it hard to listen and understand what people are trying to say to me because my head is so full of things and I am no good at being consistent I do my best at what I can do and I try not to worry that my best is not good enough thank you for helping me to find my my inner child you have been a godsend

    Very timely... but I think I have to com back to this when I have a clearer head. A succession of "negative" events happening recently have lead to negative thoughts/feelings, chronic stress and anxiety, leading to physical pain and exhaustion, and my emotions getting me down. But I will come back to this.. thank you

    I didn't feel the collective during the original shut down from the virus… Honestly I felt ambitious and thankful that I had a place to stay and be safe and I felt like a lot of people felt that… I trusted the country and I knew in my heart the grocery stores would never close permanently and things like that

    Negative emotions = negative energy and thoughts you’re attracting yourself. It make sense because as humans we complicate our emotions by attracting negative energy. When we don’t shift to positive mindset it causes ourselves stress, pain, and so forth.

    Thank you... This gave me understanding of what going on with me.. The connection between the emotion and the trigger/thought. Ive been working on past traumas and caring for them.     Hi Christina. First and foremost, I want to thank you for sharing your incredible knowledge with the world. I am a social worker and I am working towards becoming a licensed therapist, and find your content helpful in my life and helping others. My negative thoughts are primarily about self worth and feeling worthy, especially in personal relationships. I’m a true empath, and have always seen that as a weakness, by being overly sensitive, and I feel things on levels that most of my family and friends don’t understand. Most of my partners has been and my current husband is very over bearing, which ties in with the empath, narcissist relationship dynamic. Through your coaching videos, I recognized that I have codependency issues, and that is where I believe my feelings of a lack of self worth stems from. There is a lot of pain here, and I have more to tell, but not publicly. Thank you for what you do, you are a blessing to the world.

    One thing that helps me is to be honest with myself when I get an intrusive thought is to be honest with myself first and awknowledge that this or that thought bothers me. Because if I say for example, that 'im not bothered by it, but...' and then start talking about how it bothers me, makes me already feel like I'm lying to myself and the other person I'm talking to, just adding to the negative emation also low-key guilt that now I'm also lying. So one step for me is defo being honest with myself, that I am, indeed, bothered by the thought.
    Edit: n yes, I'm a virgo so lying is a big deal for me🤣🤷

    Hey 💛Christina would you consider doing a video about where particular feelings react/reside in the body? Feeling such as guilt, fear, etc... When experiencing an unwanted thought, in response, I feel this pain in my chest and then anxiety and heart palpitations. I even find it happening when a thought peeks in so fast I don’t even know what exactly it was that caused the emotional reaction. Thank you for all your practical, helpful information 💚

    Dear Christina, thank you for your episode again as usual I can’t ThAnk you enough. I have practise is it and was creating a negative thought in my mind and did the breathing to create distance and it works when I visualize real distance between me and the thought and after that I did breathing to shift the energy that that thought which has left behind, from my head down the earth beneath my feet’s. However I have created a next step for myself to do. The next step is : Then I see the negative thought has turned into the opposite thought which is a exaggerated positive version of that thought and I pull it back to my mind and when it is in my mind I let the golden light of the universe get in my head through my crown to empower this positive thought, and that makes me feel happy. So what do you think? Again thank you so much. Love you .

    Hey Christina:) I really like your youtube channel and appreciate all the info. That said, at the end of the video you discuss pushing the negative thoughts and energy down? That makes no sense to me; maybe I missed something? But, my thought is shouldn't you channel the energy upwards from the root chakra - cleanse all chakras involved in fueling the energy - then disperse the energy outward once it is clear of the 8th (soul) chakra?
    I do like the thunderstorm method, that seems good, negative emotions tend to follow difficult interactions or experiences so seeing it as a passing storm is most excellent.
