This is very informative and a reminder that everyday practice doesn't have to be complicated and cumbersome. Very interesting to see the lengths you go to about protection, something I don't do enough of. I like the idea of astral projection to check your surroundings. Great video. Thanks ❤
oh my Kids got way more distant after they became adults, sad but that's how it goes, and I guess it is better than them following me around like little lost puppies i just miss it lol
