    usually i stretch ten minutes before training, i am almost able to do a split, i hope this is going to help me

    Gabe: Perfect balance on one leg going through multiple stretch routine. Me: Tipping all over my living room. Gabe: 180 degree split angle. Me: 50 degree split angle T_T.

    I badly need a better upper body stretching routine as well please. I really feel like I'm starting to fall apart from head to toe now that I'm getting older. Thanks for all your great videos. I wish I had made more of a habit of finding this kind of world class instruction years ago rather than just relying on coaches in my clubs.
