Good video, lower body flexibility is so important for overall athleticism.
W sitting is a stretch not many people do. It helped me
usually i stretch ten minutes before training, i am almost able to do a split, i hope this is going to help me

I badly need a better upper body stretching routine as well please. I really feel like I'm starting to fall apart from head to toe now that I'm getting older. Thanks for all your great videos. I wish I had made more of a habit of finding this kind of world class instruction years ago rather than just relying on coaches in my clubs.
