That's why I like suggesting to have an nba all-star selection after the nba finals. Examples are Jimmy Butler & Jamal Murray: they are both did not become part of nba all-star roster last year even though they outshined other players(who become part of that nba all-star roster) last playoffs & made it to nba finals. Nah, he's good but good enough to be starter
My starters would've been... EAST Tyrese Maxey , Trae Young , Jayson Tatum , Giannis Antetounkoumpo , Joel Embidd , WEST Devin Booker , Shai Alexander , Anthony Edwards , Anthony Davis , Nikola Jokic
Haliburton leads a team 27-20, trae leads a team 20-27 yet trae over haliburton?@@Bob-te3le
@@Bob-te3lebro please how you think 42% from the field is good?
I'm not a Hawks fan but Trae Young should be an All-Star. Steph is an All-Star with his team being 12th in the West and averaging 27-5-4. Hawks is 10th in the East and his stats are 27-11-3. If Embiid and/or Randle will be replace due to injury Trae should be an easy choice.
Trae Young & Kristaps Porzingis will replace Julius Randle & Joel Embiid
Trae is blackballed
It really seems like it
💯
Trae is a guard in a league with lots of great guards. 🤷🏽
@@AerohitmanTrae is better than every guard in the East except Haliburton
@TheNextgenballer he's not better than Brunson or Maxey that's for sure. Maybe you can say Lillard because he's slipping a bit
Did Ernie drop an F bomb at 1:10 ?
F it up
He said muck it up. You think EJ is going to curse on live tv? No.
all star should be best 12 best guards & 18 front court players regardless of conference
You're referring to the all nba teams. This is the all stars games. They are mainly popularity contests.
@@AerohitmanI like this comment
@@Aerohitmanits not popularity contest for reserve because they was chosen by coaches
@@Aerohitman it is a popularity contest, when it comes to the starters because fans should decide who they want to see starting for all-star weekend but for players to make the All-Star team, it’s a combination vote of fans, players and coaches
Maxey been an all star but Philly (the process) held him back
At least every East All Star players came from Playoff seeds team, well deserves !!
@@martynaskenstavicius1985 How is any of that relevant to the comment you replied to
G good for Charles and Kenny. That’s why the inside the NBA is who they are.
East snubs: Trae, Scottie
West snubs: Sabonis, Markkanen, Fox
Congratulations Maxey!!!
Jarrett Allen at least needs to be talked about…..
I guess the playoffs decided his non-selection.
he is probably a replacement at least
Chuck 9:04 : " Seattle, one of my favorite tities. " 😂😂😂
I can't believe the other guys didn't hear that one! 🤣🤣🤣
@lnghrnfn exactly man, it would have been hilarious 😂
They really put bam on there BUT DIDNT PUT JIMMY BUCKETS. I’m not even a heat fan but this still discraces me
P5 for the All-Star selection don’t sleep on the magic they coming 🔑
This is one of the nba's system I don't like: They only consider the 1st half of the season on selecting nba all-star rosters but not considering the 2nd half of the season especially the playoffs which is more pressure.
The worst part here is most of the nba all-stars last year did not even made it to playoffs(like Doncic, Lillard, Derozan, Siakam, SGA, Markannen etc.). If someone will say it's because they have a great stats last season, well I disagree(in advance) because we play basketball to win. Also, it is easier to have a great stats if you always have the ball but the question here is: Are they really efficient & are they winning when they always have the ball?
love when they mention my boy jalen. got to see him and be a star during our high school days, always knew he was special, proud of the kid from chicago
Finally, Brunson and Maxey are in the ASG.
Trae young snub sigh
I do hope Tony signs with a team, and helps his sons. But he has made over $52 million in his career, which makes you wonder where all that money went. Nonetheless I do hope he can get benefits to help his sons.
Pablo over Scottie is crazy
Not at all. More points, better record and less years in the league (this factor makes his game stand out)
@@Luke-ul3xf so what about better record. Where does this nonsense criteria come from.
@@Veggamattic they just gave that same exact reasoning why Trae wasn't chosen as an all-star.
@@jikae10 yaaah but the west you have lebron and Davis… and i don’t think their record is to nice either
As a Milwaukee bucks fan I am humiliated. Dame should not be a starter, and doc should not be coaching the all star game. I blame our gm for making poor decisions.
Lets be honest. jalen Brunson is the best FA signing in the past 5yrs.
Of all time
Gil was right about Doc... Congrats to Jalen and hopefully Tony gets signed!
Respect Sir Charles for mentioning about Tony Snell and his situation. Long live Sir Charles!!! 👏 ♥
Can we get a modern version of Nba Jam with Randall and Brunson for the Knicks? Those 2 work so well together. As a Knicks fan, I'm proud of how they have made bigger and bigger strides every year. Here we go NY!
Chuck's use of the word "fool" isn't talked about enough lol... I luv it
There should be 15 players. Not to have KP and Trea is crazy
Brunsoooooooooon!!😎
Raaaaaaaandle!!😎
#knicks😎
#weGot2🥳
Paolo Banchero already? That deserves a wow 👏🏻
Raps fan here, I think they got this right tbh, paolo def deserved that. Coulda gone trae over randle, or Scottie if we won more. Decent list
wait, did Earnie just cussed at 1:14?
lol nobody heard that he definitely did
That's whatsup, Chuck✊🏾 Yes, Lord. I pray Tony gets what he needs for his kids🙏🏾
Just Speaking for myself congratulations Maxey well deserved you are an amazing young man keep doing what you are doing
Only reason I don't like Bam getting in is because he is getting in but you wouldn't say he's the best player on his team
Chuck is a real one for that
Man I feel bad for Trae #freetrae
To have a kid that has autism it made me real happy for chuck to shout that out and the NBA as a family looks out for one an other most of the time so I hope that happens for Tony Snell
Ice Trey should have been a all star he a star you got to have him on the team in he balling I like bam but it should have been ice Trey no doubt
Why Trae Young is not a starter isn’t a disgrace. It’s 2 years in a row. Absolutely no reason for him not to make it.
Randle has been playing well but I would’ve had Barnes instead.
Trae is going to replace Julius Randle. There's no way he's not an all star.
What’s up with Trae Young??🧐🤔
1:19 my boy elevator cussed ? 😂😂😂😂
I’ve always said this and I’ll say it again. Just expand the AS reserve spots to 10 instead of 7. This minimizes chances of snubs and acts as injury replacement as is.
DERRICK WHITE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BE AN ALLSTAR 😂
He’s one of the best defenders and one of the most versatile guards in the league. Stats are the only thing against his case and that’s because he’s a 4th option.
@@Crackdealerfrthere’s a reason he’s a fourth option he’s not good enough to be a first or even second on a legit contending team. He’s a great role player but he’s not an all star
@@Crackdealerfr tell that to other people or did you even vote for Derrick White? Bruuuh
Your right bc he already is
Chuckster melting my heart!!!
And also Kenny is right. Silver should make an exception and give Snell the medical 🤷🏿♂️
Yeaaaaa Maxeyyyyyyy
Yea Paolooooooooooo let’s go young 🥷🏾 s
That's dirty that ATLANTA HAWKS PG AS GOOD AS HE PLAYS NOT GOING TO BE APART OF THE ALL-STAR GAME. WELL NBA I WON'T BE TUNING IN FOR THIS NONSENSE.
So missing butler, porzingis,j allen, coby white , sabonis fox, melo, derozan, and few more thats close. Why dont they extend the roster to 15
I know the Hawks aint great but the Trae Young disrespect is crazy
Agreed, and honestly it truly aint make sense because if they're gonna factor in team rankings if you take into consideration the warriors with Steph who's team is ranked worse than Trae's hawks you end up confused and clueless..you see a clear agenda
All the jokes and everything aside chuck taking put of his time to bring that up it’s amazing putting the league on notice to help that’s crazy love chuck and the rest of the guys
Chuck great job man.🙏🏾💯
very well done I like that towel call out the names for the basketball player very well done
Unpicked West players deserves more than some of the east reserved players to be an Allstar. Sabonis, Fox, Sengun would have been picked if they were play in the east. Nba should change east-west thing and should conisder the league as all.
Yeah Turner been really heating it up in Indiana..They better be glad they kept him.💯
Replace Randle with Porzingis for ALL STAR
🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣Trae averages 28 and 11 and #2 in fan voting ahead of Dame…the NBA ain’t 💩
Sir Charles proving why he is the MVP. ❤ In the right place! Sign Tony!
Good stuff Chuck, actually caught my attention bringing up Tony
Kenny saying he wanted to announce brunson after also saying the knicks will always struggle because they never have the best player on the court is annoying.
He has Stephen A disease
Ernie: Doc Rivers would clinch it tonight....
Charles: Waaaaaaaaw 🤣
1:13 Ernie, did I hear what I just heard
Congratulations Maxey
2:56 Bam WHO?? 😂
Kenny with the throwing of his cards 😂
