Good video! Thank you. I tried the CRBN eraser back when that came out and found that there was a lot of eraser debris left on the paddle face. I’m glad you addressed that issue and that perhaps the Selkirk eraser will give a better result.
When looking at cleaner / erasers sold by several padle manufactures, many reviews claimed thou found them to be the same as products sold to clean belt sanders. Guessing that is what your refering to that you purchased on Amazon ? Have you tried what was often called Soap or drafting / artist erasers. Sifter than the belt sander cleaners mentioned.
How would I clean my Selkirk Air Epic? Would this also work on my paddle? I noticed the face of my paddle is a mixture of "Hybrid Blend of Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber"
completely unrelated to the video, have you tried the new spartus ballista yet? Wanted to know if it was a good option considering i wanted something like the selkirk s2 vanguard or the invikta but those are not in my price range
Great video man also i had a question would using this eraser and the one you used before the one from amazon work fine on a Selkirk project 003 invikta ? Also isnt the 003 invikta carbon fiber right ?
also i looked at the website at the specs and says something like a hybrid but then i went down more and i saw it said carbon fiber the Face so im just kinda confused@@edjupickleball
@@danielbonca7591 so there’s a difference between raw carbon fiber and just carbon fiber. I think it’s a fiberglass carbon fiber hybrid. Use a damp microfiber cloth for those
@@edjupickleball okay I see and would I need to use water on the cloth and rub the paddle slow or spray like glass cleaner and do same thing with rub the paddle ? Also thx for the advice
How many times can you use the block? Or can you clean the block to reuse
until it's all gone. just like an eraser!

Yeah I was really impressed! I'm tossing away my giant blocks haha
Thanks for your video, I went ahead and subscribed to your channel!

That's what I use. It is basically a chunk of natural rubber.

For fiberglass or graphite paddles, I would recommend using a damp microfiber cloth

I have not yet!
What are your thoughts on the Helix grip you are using. Does it really absorb vibration. Might be good video comparing to the VT Advantic grip. Thanks
The Hesacore grip is great! I’m going to make a YT review on it soon. Haven’t tried the VT yet
@@edjupickleball I love the VT Advantec. Would be a great video comparing them.
Will cleaning it increase spin?

The labs 003 is actually fiberglass so it wouldn't work on that model!
so since its fiberglass how can i clean it ?

I just got an Amazon version and it didn’t do shit to my paddle lol. Wasted my money. Didn’t even remove chalk I use on my hands for grip
Here is an idea, use an artist kneaded eraser for pickleball paddle, maybe it does a good job!
Would a Magic Eraser work?
DO NOT use a magic eraser!! Those are extremely abrasive and will permanently damage your paddle making the grit significantly worse.
