📝Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 50 ml milk;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- chives;
- 2 zucchini;
- 2 teaspoons of salt;
- 50 g butter;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 red pepper;
- 4 mushrooms;
- salt, black pepper;
- Herbs of Provence;
- 1 tomato;
- 100g mozzarella;
- 100 g canned peas.
Sauce:
- 200 g of unsweetened yogurt;
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
- Salt;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- Dill.

It looks delicious. I am from California. I would leave out the Provencal herbs and add Italian herbs and delete the peas. I like to mix my cheeses, so gouda, chedder, havarti and swiss mixed with the mozzerella. Lastly, I don't like yogurt, so sour cream and only salt to taste. You gave me some great ideas! Thank you!
