Bryan Kohberger waived his right to a speedy trial because of 24 issues that Anne Taylor has with the Prosecution. These issues are not minor they are serious. Also, if there are THREE DNAs that should have been run 9 months ago, you would have to waive your right too. The defense has had to ask three times for things that should have been turned over 6 months ago. Bill Thompson will have to resign or replace him with someone else. Witness intimidation is just one of the things to worry about and there are 23 more.

I notice that Ann used the language "interrogated" while the state called it an "interview". If an interview, surely they recorded it. If not, I suspect it wasn't just a friendly visit to have a night cap and chat... we shall see! Heyyy giirrrrl :)

Interesting that Vargas was talking about her testimony when she was not supposed to be since she has not been Cross-examined yet. Also apparently there were changes in her testimony or something about her signing before verifying everything? I have no doubt if this was reversed that Ann Taylor would have a fit. At this point it looks like Ann Taylor is throwing everything against the wall and hoping something sticks and since there is a gag order, LE is not able to respond to most of her accusations. Hopefully they will resolve it in court and put out something that will put peoples minds at ease.
People are wildly speculating about bizarre scenarios-The fact that LE pick this one guy to supposedly frame him is just wild to me.
People also need to remember that there is a HUGE amount of evidence that we are not privy to because of the gag order. And people forget that anything negative, Ann Taylor is not going to raise in order to sway the public opinion, she is only going to put out things that favor her client… as that is her job.

@faceykad8443 I think we have to wait to see what specifically took place (obviously)… if it comes out that it was indeed witness intimidation, then that will obviously be a very bad issue. If it comes out that Anne is playing word games to describe an exchange that occurred? Well, that’ll be something different… we just won’t know until we get those answers! Thanks for your feedback 🤗

@faceykad8443 and where is your proof that this is witness intimidation? We have no idea what happened and until it goes to court it has been dealt with in court. As of right now we only have what the defense is trying to put out there to create reasonable doubt. I would think people would realize that’s what she’s doing. It’s ironic that the same people who are saying that there should be reasonable doubt for kohlberger are not giving the prosecution the same due process. Let’s try to wait and see for the process to play out.
