That’s a little bit disappointed that the floating head does not fit the new body that you wanted 😢 but the end of the day the body itself it’s so beautiful and the head that you put it on this body. It’s match very well with it and she’s looks gorgeous . ❤ I hope you found the solution for the floating head 👍🏻🩷

I'm sorry it wasn't the fit you were looking for in terms of head fit. The thigh and hip is supposed to help the doll sit and keep the leg from rotating completely around. You'll find a similar situation on the minifees. The Feeple65s have a hip mechanisms that you have to pull and click for them to sit. If it makes you feel any better, I have issues with neck holes and the turn key mechanism fitting for both my Minifees and Feeple60s that were made for this body. They are currently redoing them for a better fit. Some of them need putty and my F60s from the past 4 years have had very loose head backs, so they tend to need putty. You can replace the neck piece if you ever restring her and you can use a donut to help with the gaping hole.
You should check out thingiverse and shapeways if you need a neck connector, as a few people have made 3D files so they can hybrid dolls a bit easier. I think both heads look so lovely, but I can understand wanting a body for the grail, not the extra head you’re unsure of keeping. I hope your grail gets a body and faceup soon, as I’m sure she’ll be gorgeous!
For me, this body is a NO because she’s very little and hardly posseable. She have 1 joints on the chest and you cant pose it! This doll can only stand and move her legs and arms its sad for this amount of cash.
