RAWALPINDI: Lahore High Court's (LHC) Chief Justice Malik Shehzad Ahmed Khan on Friday said that he believes that interference of establishment in the judiciary will end soon.
"Interference in the judiciary will have to be fought with faith that it will come to an end," said the LHC CJ while addressing the opening ceremony of judicial complex e-courts.
The LHC CJ said that there was an issue of establishment's interference in the judiciary, adding that they receive letters claiming involvement in the judicial affairs.
"The establishment's interference in judiciary will end soon and I have an experience that this will end," said Shehzad. assuring that these difficulties will end if there is fear of God.
Shehzad's comments come after six Islamabad High Court (IHC) judges wrote a letter Supreme Court on March 25, accusing spy agencies of meddling in judicial affairs.

چیف جسٹس صاحب کے بیان میں کوئی دو رائے نہیں بالکل مختلف اداروں کی مداخلت ہوتی ہے ہمیں اپنی عدلیہ پر پورا فخر ہے کہ ان مداخلتوں کو ختم کریں گے صرف مداخلت اداروں کی طرف سے نہیں ہے تعلقدار اور رشتہ داروں کی طرف سے بھی کئی فصلوں میں مداخلت ہوتی ہے اس لیے چیف جسٹس صاحب سے ریکویسٹ ہے کے اداروں کی مداخلت روکنے کے ساتھ ساتھ رشتہ داروں اور تعلق داروں کی بھی مداخلت روکنی چاہیے یہ غریب عوام پر بہت بڑا احسان ہوگا اور کچھ تگڑے وکلا کی طرف سے بھی مداخلت ہوتی ہے جو جتھوں کی صورت میں عدلیہ میں حاضر ہو کر عدالتوں پر پریشر ڈالتے ہیں کچھ وکلا نے تو عدالت کے اندر حاضر سروس ججوں کو گالی نکالی ہیں یہ بھی ایک حقیقت ہے عدلیہ کو چاہیے یہ جو گنڈا گردی وکلا کی بھی ہے یہ بھی ختم ہونی چاہیے اس کے لیے بھی عدلیہ کے اندر ایک قانون ہونا چاہیے غریب سائل اگر کسی تگڑے وکیل کے خلاف یا اس کے رشتہ دار کے خلاف کیس ہو تو وہ وکیل وہیں عدالتوں میں اس سائل کو مارتے ہیں ان چیزوں کا بھی سدباب ہونا چاہیے کہ کوئی وکیل کسی غریب مدئی یا ملزم کو ایک انگل تک نہ لگا سکے پھر انصاف ہوتا ہوا نظر ائے گا انشاءاللہ ہمیں چیف جسٹس صاحبان سے بہت امیدیں ہیں
