- 1 Week after aquiring Rhythm Paradise (Rhythm Tengoku Gold EU Version) I am 4 perfects away from TOTAL PERFECTION!! Anyway, this is Moai Doo Wop 2. It was quite challenging to obtain this perfect.
Hint: I found that watching the birds helped me to keep the rhythm.

I know exactly how you mean, I got frustrated and started messing about but then I saw that the rhythm still works up to a split second after the cue-point
Hey, I know EXACTLY how you feel... the perfect symbol just flippin' freaks out if you're a fraction too soon or too late!! Have you tried doing it slightly slower than usual even if it feels/sounds out of rhythm, just waiting a split second longer could help. (lol this tune is Waay long)

@BrianRingeisen the timing for the quick yaps definitely seems a bit off. even when i got it right on the perfect sometimes disappears. managed it eventually though.

I only have 2 perfects left to get, including this one! Whenever I get anywhere close to the end, I spot the 'perfect' logo, and I FAIL ASADFGHJKL;

I remember this game (along with MDW1) was a royal BITCH to Perfect... for no good reason it would break my Perfect on the fast tapping sections. Then luck shone on me one time and it didn't do that at all.
1. The perfect meter is always really uptight about the quick tap so I stress that U must keep your stylus on the screen 4 as little time as possible! (tap it as quick as you can)
2. Use headphones &Listen for the Bass line, especially in the night part. Listen 4 bassline & the hand clicks as a way 2 find what part of the beat youre at.
3. The way the birds (& also the bird on top of the lead moai head) bop their head 2 the beat should indicate how the game expects you to play to the beat.

@Scourge095 The best advice I can give for that part of the song is listen CAREFULLY to the beat while watching birds. The birds have the actual rhythm of the minigame whereas the beat keeps you in ready for when to stop or start.

I need perfect on This, Rhythm Rally 2 (Big sursprise), The Dazzles and Remix 8. I can get The Dazzles with a method i've conducted and Remix 8 will also be easier than these two living nightmares...

This is easily by far the hardest game. I have several perfects, and almost all of them are superb, but this, I can barely even get an OK. I just don't get it, especially the end.
Thumbs up if you think Moai Doo Wop & Moai Doo Wop 2 are the hardest games.

I’ve been struggling the most with the sequence of three Doo-wops at around the 54 second mark. It looks like you have to do a long press, then a short break, and then short and medium presses, but it feels impossible. All I want is a Superb but I need to be absolutely perfect in order to get there. I’m going insane.

If its possible, you should upload an example of one without mistakes. I had to CHANGE my natural rhythm in order to get the perfect so as you can tell, I'm purposely lagging in order to meet the "Perfect," criteria. (I did what it takes to get the grade!) Reply if U can!

I can't get a perfect. All I got is a superb in the Kung Fu thing (and that took a while), Fanclub, and Built to scale.
