Sir ye to non goverment ke case me hoga n 15%of salary of hire charges agar goverment ka case hai aur house hire hai to bhi 15% of salary or hire charges add krenge according to your 1st question?

I am a bank employee.. Bank is paying rent on behalf of me directly to owner of the flat.. Bank is taking the rent as perquisite under section 17(2) and paying tax on behalf of me u/s 192 (1A)... Same tax is part of income while computing income tax... Can this tax paid by employee will be exempt under section 10 (10CC)?
