  • The LC105 is one of the most affordable lift chairs on the market that is classified and tested as a medical grade chair. That means that this chair is going to be inspected and put through quality control tests that are required for manufacturing medical products. Regular recliners are not put through a stringent QC process which is just one of the reasons why you should always consider a lift chair instead of a regular recliner.
This chair comes standard with a 1-year in-home service agreement in addition to one of the best warranties in the industry. The Pride LC105 is a 3 position lift chair that is part of the Essential collection.
The LC 105 can support up to 325 lbs and has a 20" seat width. The lift chair comes in several different color choices and 3 different fabric types including Cloud 9, Lexis, and Micro-Suede.

If I'm correct it is the Inhibit Switch.
If the switch is set to the left, the UP/
      DOWN SWITCH controls the lift
position of the chair and footrest.
If the switch is set to the right, the
      UP/DOWN SWITCH controls the
recline position of the seatback. Hope this helps!

Can you remove padding (if needed) from back cushion?

Not without voiding the warranty, I'm sure it's possible but there isn't an easy way to do it.

How do you remove the back if needed?

On the left and right side of the backrest towards the bottom of the backrest, there are two clips on the black metal rail sleeves. Use a flathead screwdriver to pull the metal tabs outwards while lifting up on the backrest. I'm going to make a video tutorial for this. Make sure you're subscribed, and you'll get notified when it's released.

Hi Joe. Thanks for stopping by our TH-cam channel. You can try getting in touch with the dealer where you got the chair from. Aside from that, you can try getting the model number of the chair so that you can search for the user manual online. If you can't find the model number in the box or the hand controls, here are other places you can check: The motor box of the chair usually has the information you need to find like model number and serial number. You can find it by following the power source to find the motor box. What you're looking for is a sticker attached to it containing the information. Or you can also try checking under the footrests steel frame.
After finding the model number, you can search online for the user manual, check our channel if we have a video guide for that specific model, or check other tutorials online. Knowing the specific model can actually help you a lot. Hope this helps. Don't forget to subscribe for a chance to win a free mobility scooter.
