I would love it if you would add scripture to all of your videos. I'm 75 and I recall when we lived in very cold weather in Dalton Massachusetts my mom would get a vitamin b shot at the end of winter. She seemed to think it really helped her. Maybe we get a little bit of cabin fever being inside so much. Also I picture that our spirits need to soar up into the trees and the skies the heavens when we go outside. I guess what I'm saying is it seems like at the end of winter we are feeling rather puny. You do so much it's not surprising you feel a little weary. I hope you find that special perkiness to carry you through these last few weeks of cold weather. Thank you for your encouraging video.

This resonates with me. I get so tired and drained with the routine. I'm a homemaker plus I work full time outside the home,at school ,teaching. It gets so hard keeping the home, coooking, cleaning, running errands, taking care of the pets,v family and working sometimes makes me feel defeated.

She has been an outdoor dog since we got her 9 years ago. She sleeps inside.
