Kill it is so catchy and fun to listen...all bsides are interesting . I can say solid mini album. each aespa song has its own flavor. That's why I like it. Never boring !!!
This might be the only album from aespa that I really liked from the beginning to the end. They're much more consistent and their vocals are getting better!
It feels like they already have a banger one like Whiplash then just put or made other songs just to fullfit it the album but the 2nd track is quite banger tho. Maybe because the hit of new level, most of Aespa songs esp title tracks have the same vibes like futuristic & funky, plus maybe because of their branding about AI & kwangya things. It works for them. Whiplash used a runaway type beat, it sounds banger tho
Flowers and Just Another Girl are really good songs. However, I felt the title was weak. Aespa instrumental is the best in the game, and this title was too repetitive and bland. Supernova should get SOTY and it was tough to follow up. I don't think it's a good enough album for me to get this time, but Aespa still remains one of my top groups regardless. They have the best concept and I'm thrilled of their success nevertheless.
For me, I really enjoyed that they used different type of genres and become a bit minimalistic compared to their previous releases. It can be repetitive, but quite catchy, and the beat really goes insane.
