I bake for a living, so it was a little rough seeing someone knead dough in a bowl like that. I'm glad it turned out well for you, though. It's a lot better if you add the yeast to the hot water with the tiniest bit of sugar. It activates the yeast better and you get a more savory crust.

I don't know how I feel about following the Cooking Mama diagram of holding the things you're cutting with a fist. It's nice that it's accurate to what the game portrays and it's funny, but part of me really worries about your safety. Curling your fingertips so that your knuckles jut out is a good way to make sure you don't chop off a finger, but a fully closed fist provides zero stability to keep your tomato, pepperoni, etc. from rocking or moving as you cut it. Just a suggestion to help a TH-camr I've come to really enjoy stay safe!
Same, the way I was taught to hold my fingers, I nicknamed it "the safety claw". Though I've seen my chef chop without looking I still tend to look down when I cut just to be safe.

Use fresh Mozzarella cheese. It is so much more creamy. Put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes before you grate the cheese so it can harden a little. You will be a lot happier with the result you get from fresh Mozzarella cheese. Sure its a bit more expensive but to make great food who gives a crap?
Your fist should be closer to the end of the item you're cutting - thats why the pepperoni and tomato slices are so thick. You have to use your hand as a guide.

Martina Masotti no, shw have to use luke warm water or body temp water. i made a dough with hot water once ( not too hot, you can actually touch it without burning yourself) and it didnt rise.
dan I know, that's why I replied that. Maybe the water was just warm, but since I don't know, I can't assume what was the temperature. Anyway, I sometimes use warmer water and my dough usually rises anyway, maybe just a little less than normal. Maybe my yeast is just stronger ;P
I think it would be really funny if you didn't fix each step before the next one and and just built on it. like if you had kept the weird shaped pizza dough blob from the rolling step
