Mai cars 24 ka channel partnership dealer huin. Maine ek car is company se purchase ki. Car k sabhi documents k sath company ne Bajaj Finance limited ki NOC di. Maine jab ye car purchase ki thi to cars 24 ki app par ye mention tha ki loan closed hai isliye maine is car ko le liya, lekin ki car ki ownership transfer k time RTO se pata chala ki NOC fake hai or ye baat Bajaj Finance limited ki recovery team or Bajaj Finance office ne clear kar di ki ye fake NOC cars 24 ne khud banaye hai jis per Rs 3,14,000/- ka loan hai. Is tarah cars 24 main kaam karne wale fraud karte hai mere jaise logon ko car sale karke.
Maine cars 24 K employees se contact kiya par wo thik se response nahi de rahe hai. Mai cars 24 k Head Office, Gurgram bhi gaya tha Cars 24 k CEO se milne par mujhe milne nahi diya gaya. Mujhe is problem ka solution chahiye isliye main aapse milna chahta huin.

Don't believe them in warranty if any parts are gone they replace wit duplicate parts and convince you they replace it wit original parts only. I face this problem they replaced duplicate turbo, after buying just 1 week that car turbo gone.

Everything they showed is fake. Warranty is just a word not applicable. All are duplicate parts, i purchased the car and replaced all essential parts, the joke is there is no imperfections as per MRL during my purchase.

RC not transferred in 2 years they even lost the original documents , quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with . Agents near RTO do much better job then them and have more accountability .
