I’ve had a similar issue with Funko recently , their quality control at the warehouse is just getting worse. My Funko Pop had a massive dent in the window. Surely they understand that people want the boxes in pristine condition as collectors. Hopefully they can source what you ordered. Just noticed they’ve got a new MOTU backpack on the website, it’s the BATTLE CAT FULL SIZE COSPLAY BACKPACK - MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE maybe they can send you something MOTU related instead of Toy Story
We did a few orders both me and my wife did separate orders. She got her's today she ordered a bitty set and 2 Loungefly items. The box is BIG. I have two coming tomorrow with some more Loungefly items. She likes the bags. See what we get. Saddens me that Funko messed up on your order of the He-Man related bag and POP. I hope they can fix the issue.

Funko has been messing up a lot on shipping recently in my last 2 orders I was missing an item and then I missing an entire order waiting for them to resolve that one
yeah I've seen some people get mystery minis and Bitty's for their mystery items, but some have also got really cool pops, Definitely trick or treat, but it was a great price and fun to see what we get! Micky plush is a cool pull for the Loungefly item.
