They can't see others happy. The only thing we can do is that to love our idols and actors so that the hate doesn't follow them.
That's what toxic delulu fans will act. That's sick behaviors. I sometimes ship certain BL cp or the ghostship among them, but I still can separate reel and real. I will never cross any boundaries and just keep my delulu to myself to make sure I didn't bring any harms to any of them...

They are actors and acting is which they should do not fan service which isn't real. They have their own life and should live however they like with anybody they want.
True. I like SpyNut too but I guess people got irked not because SpyNut is a thing but because they should have been mindful when they are on promotions for the series. Pon and Ping looked sidelined or ignored especially Ping by Nut during promotions. Pon and Ping had to bear this awkwardness whereas others had comfortable promotions. Why should PeteWay and AlanJeff as character couples suffer because of a personal bond? They can have SpyNut things going on even during Promotions. As per my observation, the PeteWay thing didn't go as per expectation, AlanJeff was more like a hurried-up conclusion because they were a second lead. They unintentionally formed groups or divisions in the crew offline. SpyNut TopeTen Grafeild and pop. Others unknowingly became another group. I have never seen Pavel or Pooh or Benz or Pon being in their lives so much. Maybe even PDs were disappointed as things didn't turn out the way they wanted as a BL actor pairing. They wouldn't have and nobody would mind their personal bonds unless they are not affecting professional space and other's careers. We could clearly see their personal friendship was getting more controlling only sticking to each other during promotions. I always saw Nut sticking with Spy and evidently avoiding Ping during promotions. If they were paired in the series it should be respected likewise. I am sure Ping and Pon don't want to get in between SpyNut in real but they don't deserve to get ignored during promotions. Even Lee and Pop acted as pairs during promotions even though they were not paired in the series. This is a BL and the whole concept is about the character pairings. They might have got more couple sponsors and all if more than one pair was successful as BL couple. Only Pooh and Pavel could do it even though they are not a real couple. Anyway like I said even I like SpyNut friendship or if it's real they look good issues about. I guess SpyNut should have been paired together in the series rather to avoid all this unwanted criticism.
